A Legacy of Service. A Blueprint for California.

The Roots of Duty

Born and raised in Compton and Long Beach, I come from a family where service isn't just a word—it's a generational commitment. Following in the footsteps of my grandfather, father, and sisters, I served in the United States Marine Corps, eventually becoming a disabled veteran. The legacy of service continues today with my daughter, who I was blessed to adopt from the foster system, currently serving on active duty at MCB Quantico. My wife legally immigrated to this country from the Philippines in the 1980s, and together, our family is a proud product of the American Dream.

The Protector

When I took off my military uniform, I put on a badge. I served on the front lines of our justice system as a custody officer with the LA County Sheriffs right here in Castaic, and later as a police officer in San Bernardino. I know exactly what it takes to keep our neighborhoods safe and what our officers need to do their jobs effectively.

The Builder

I don’t just protect this state; I physically build it. For 18 years, I have been an IBEW Local 47 Union Journeyman Lineman. Today, as the North American Director of Field Operations for CTC Global, I manage and upgrade the energy grid for major utilities like Southern California Edison. Alongside that, I serve as the CEO of a consulting firm that actively builds affordable, transitional housing.

The Mission

I am running for Assembly District 40 because Sacramento's extreme policies are crushing working-class families and destroying the California Dream. We don't need more career politicians. We need a proven leader who knows how to enforce the law, power our economy, and build real solutions.
